CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROMISE

Mi way makes promises that they do not fulfill. I was too hasty in writing a positive review the first time, it is now clear that their business ethics and work values are meaningless to them. They promise to call and resolve my queries which they never sew it through. I have to make numerous follow ups and send e mails for assistance but still I have not been helped, I was told today that before the end of business this will be resolved and this is something I have been following up on since December, I was fair to Mi way by giving them adequate time to help me however nothing has been resolved so now I have been pushed to this platform and just maybe I will finally get a resolution to this, or maybe not, frankly I am fed up and angry. I am a client for over 3 years andd never made one claim but this is how I am treated. I will be shopping around for another insurer.
