Customer service!

I was ready to pack my bags and go to a different insurer...Kgothatso prevented that. After being told twice by Miway consultants that they will call me back and go over my plan to see if they can satisfy my needs the call never came, I decided its time to call back and tell them I am taking my business else where, with my luck Kgothatso came to the rescue, he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued client and provide me with what I think is a very fair plan.
