On the 12th of April 2022 I called miway for the third time from the 06th of April 2022, I met this lady by the name of Tsakani Mabungu Baloyi.I was about to give up and cancel on miway insurance but she gave me the best service that I have never thought I will receive in miway insurance company with my experience of previous calls that I made.she listen to me, not judging me, she understands the urgency of my problems, she was very calm and understanding, and making sure that I understood everything properly before taking any decision as a matter of fact she went extramile to assist me as when I called she was about to nock off, but instead of her passing me to the next colleague she stay trying her best to assist me, she make me feel relieved and believe that miway is still the best company to go for, within two hours all of my queries were sorted out and I was happy, the queries that took me six days was sorted out within two hours of her time, therefore I would love to say thank you miway to have an employee like her they are few like her
