I PHONED IN TO CANCELL MY POLICY CAUSE I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THE WAY MY CLAIM WAS HANDLED<br> I SPOKE TO THIS GUY CALLED DOUGLAS OF WHICH IS A SENIOR I MUST SAY THE WAY HE HANDLED MY QUERY AND FIND SOLUTIONS THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD REFUSE IT <br> <br> I CLOSE MY CALL BEING A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER..<br> THANK YOU DOUGLAS YOU ARE A SUPER STAR..
