I had taken out a vehicle insurance and decided to cancel the finance. Phoned MiWay several times from June and July also chatted on whatsapp, now the debit order for the insurance and went off, called them this morning for a refund but just get transferred from 1 agent to another. I just need this cancelled and a refund
