I call the centre needing assistance with a locksmith as I locked my key in the car. The Advisor Corne was very helpful and put me at ease when I was feeling very stupid for locking my keys in the car. He reassured me that they would be able to assist and provided an ETA of 1h 30min (set expectation). The gentleman that came out to assist was friendly and very quick, No hassle no multiple questions just service delivery at its best. It was done in less that the hour estimated. Very Happy customer indeed. Glad I chose Miway!
