Customer Satisfaction
Ntokozo went the extra mile to help me with my policy in a professional and friendly matter. He listened to what my request was and went the extra Mile to meet my requests. I was at first not satisfied with the Service I was getting but Ntokozo gave me hope to believe in MiWay again. I would really appreciate it if MiWay can give Ntokozo recognition for his Professionalism. thank you
