Changed tracker on my car with the hope of reducing the monthly repayment from miway but unforunately Mr Mochabang and Nqobile, senior retentions advisors advised me politely that I don't qualify for a further reduction since well I have reviewed my policy recently, they further, out of their mercy gave me a premium holiday from the goodness of their heart whereby my next payment will be half the premium then it will go back to normal afterwards as a courtesy of being their long standing customer. I am very much happy of the level of service that I got from the Snr Retentions advisors. Keep doing the good jod Mr Mochabang and Ms Nqobile.
