It is with great pleasure I write this letter of thanks to 2 special people in the employ of MiWay insurance. Namely Buhle Mabanga and Tshepo Dladla. It was early December 2019 when we had severe weather and suspected power surges coupled with the load shedding. Both my Dishwasher and Fridge stopped working. Buhle Mabanga was extremely friendly and helpful with my claims. I just feel she went beyond her normal duties in assisting with the claim. I also recall it was way pass normal office hours when she was giving me feedback on my claims. After an assessment report it was decided to pay out only on the dishwasher and not the fridge. I then imitated a dispute, and this was handled by Tshepo Dladla. I was surprised at the speed at which my dispute was resolved, and it was decided to pay out on the fridge as well. I feel both consultants were extremely helpful and courteous in dealing with my claims. It felt like I knew both consultants personally.
