Customer Relations - Impressive

A huge Thank you to Tumi who assisted me in my ordeal with wanting to change insurance companies. He advised me of all the nitty gritty's that were left out and really made an effort in keeping me as a client, going as far as reviewing my policy and making improvements. There's obviously a reason why I have been with MiWay for 2.5 years - I'm looked after!
