Customer for 6 years, First Claim.

IF YOU ARE INSURED WITH MIWAY.. MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!! My husband was in an accident in August, as per MIWAY the vehicle is a WO, they never accepted a second quote used the first best quote and tried to settle the vehicle at the bank, MIWAY consultant (Sanet Jacobs) told me to go to the licensing offices to renew the license and to withhold information from them as they would s**** the vehicle if they knew it was a WO (which is not the case) I then refused and insisted on a second quote, the cost did not come close to what MIWAY made it out to be. They eventually paid out and cancelled my policy. It has gone so far that my warranty I took out is cancelled.
