Customer delight

I would like to give a shout out to a gentleman by the name of Henry Shongwe at Miway. Not only did he assist me with my query by surpassing all my expectations but this gentleman was surely a breath of fresh air. He was very polite and patient with me, he’s interaction with me as a customer was simply dazzling. Customer delight really drives Henry’s actions and for that I applaud him.
