it is very rare to receive such an exceptional service from an insurance company, however Carlin Fell and Rene Hartzenberg has gone beyond the boundaries of client delivery with regards to assisting me with my claim. from day one on the 06th of April 2019 when my accident happened, I only called once and the consultant assisted me immediately with getting me an authorization for a tow truck. within few minutes authorization was done and my car was towed to SMD in Black heath. the team work between Carlin Fell and Rene Hartzenberg is so amazing, they take ownership of the business and always keep you abreast of everything that is happening with your claim. working extra hours just to sort out things for clients is one of the best things I've experienced with them. both Carlin Fell and Rene Hartzenberg are customer centric, they always put the customer at the center of everything and that's the type of people we need. keep up the good team work and please do it for the other people too. you guys are true ambassadors of Myway, keep the flag flying. thank you for your assistance.
