Saturday I called miway first person to answer was not interested in helping me which made even more frustrated and i was ready to cancel my policy luckily phone got cut then I called again I spoke to Mpho thank you very much, he listened he showed empathy even though he still told me the same thing the first agent said, it's not what you say it's how you say it that is a problem anyway maybe my request they were not fami**** with cause he had to get authority from management. Thank you very much Mpho for your efforts I hope you get recognition.
