Currently, I'm going through a rough patch financially

Currently, I'm going through a rough patch financially. MiWay debited my account on a day without communicating and it was money that I had to borrow to get by. All it took was one 27 minute and 54 second phone call for them to provide me with all the information I needed, process a refund of the debit order, give me the best advice they could offer relating to future insurance possibilities and really take the time to listen to the huge load of BS I'm having to deal with right now. Simphiwe Khumalo, Jesus, you helped me more than you could ever imagine man. Thank you for going above and beyond your call of duty.
