I have an accident claim with MiWay and my vehicle has been written off. They sent a towing company on 1st April to collect the vehicle to their salvage warehouse Auction Nation. I called the call center on 2nd April to inquire what the status of my claim and was told that they awaiting confirmation from Auction Nation that the car has been delivered. I called again today and spoke to Tshepo who told me that they are still waiting for confirmation nd there is nothing he can do to assist me as he cannot contact Auction Nation to confirm. I asked to be put through to his manager however he hung up the phone on me.
