Hi my name is Shadow Zulu my vehicle was involved in a manner accident dated 09\04\2022 I was attending a friends party at kahlehong in east rand .what occurred my vihicle was parked on as side of the pavement and the car that I bumped on the fender parked then parked close to my car without my knowledge as well on a pavement the was a brick separating my car and another vehicle .Now both the owner of the other vehicle and I had been drinking. Then we meet the next day to determine what transpired last night we came to agreement with the owner of the other vehicle that I will help with fixing the car firstly he said he do call to his insurance which I did not know what was I told him that I can also go to the approved workshops that can help and fix the damage now after two weeks I called the guy asking my man why so quite how far with your insurance then he told me that he was about to call me and to tell me that I must not worry he the insurance told him to take the the car to albaton then I must relax .now two months after I am receiving a legal claim of R40,604.36 for 2011 vehicle with a book value of R55,000 that was involved in a accident a month before the 09/04/2022 and Miway insurance is aware now I suspect that that the owner Sifiso Mabaso is now doing a ***** of making me to rebuild his car or the insurance is over changing him and now they want to recover this R40,604.36 from me and please ask for the prove of panebiter and how did they get to this amount for just a fander clam number is C*** T
