I was insured with Miway insurance from January till july 2015. I was never late on a payment. I stated in all the questions the truth which I remembered and it was \recorded". when it came down to a claim they turned around and said they cant pay my car out due to the fact that I didn't state an incident which they picked up. I commented back and told them that I'm sorry I don't remember the incident but if you pick it up on your system it obviously happened.<br> I took the matter further and I was told that I **** and when I requested all the recordings they were not all there. When the matter was brought up with them they said well that's all they have on system and refused to check further. as well they simply cancelled my policy without telling me and if I didn't call to enquire something I would never have known I didn't have insurance. to this day I'm still waiting for them to email me my cancellation letter. along with this it took them almost 3 months to \""try\"" sort this out.<br> I'm now sitting with the payment of two cars and it's my problem<br> I'm not the only person I know of that has had this problem with Miway."""
