Pathetic service to say the least!!! Business insurance is generally priority but the case with Miway. Their priority is to provide you with the most painful and tedious process and try everything possible to discredit/prolong claim settlement.

Such a pity I cant give anything less than 1 star. Switching from my previous insurance company OUTsurance, whom if I may add, never gave me any problems when it came to claims, was one of the worst things I could've done. If I had known that saving me a few hundreds would cost me a such a terrible experience with Miway, I would never have moved.

To anyone considering Miway, please do proper due diligence or end up in my situation. In my opinion, they are as dubious as they come.

Shame in you Miway!!
