***** insurance ignores accident claim but increases montly premium

<p>I was involved in a hit and run accident on 25/03/2017 and reported the accident at the Police Station the same day , they gave me the AR number. I then emailed to claims department of the insurance on 28/03/2017 @ 10:00am. The email was forwarded by Estuane Bezeudenhout to Palesa Pharoe on 28/03/2017 at 10:07am. Palesa then forwarded the email to Nombuso Mvubu on 28/03/201/ ********** <p> </p> <p>Nombuso Mvubu rep**** to me with this message "(Good day, Please note that we trying to get hold of you to assist & register your claim . Thank you )" on 29/03/2017 ********** Please note that i never recieved any call from then so i dont know how was she trying to get hold of me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I responded to Nombuso on 04/04/2017 @13:38pm giving her all my persornal details, I never heard anything from Nombuso or somone from the insurance company. I then sent a reminder emails to claims and copied Nombuso, up to this day no-one has ever contacted me with regards to the insurance claim that i submitted with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead this ***** insurance increased my monthly premium this month. This is very disturbing because when they wanted to increase the premium they remembered that they have my details but when they were supposed to assist me they completely forgot that they have them. I am very upset and wants to cancel this nonsense insurance asap </p>
