CRIP SERVICE

Crip service ever, I would never recommend someone to take MiWay insurance.. I told them to debit my account in the 1st of every month reason being am getting paid on the last day of the month.. how they fail to follow simply instruction… they always debit my account on the 25th but on their system it’s dated the 1st of every month..

Today morning am on my way to work passed by fuel station, asked for full tank.. time to pay I have insufficient funds, how so? Went to my bank app only to find out MiWay debit again today. I am looking like a fool now at the fuel station I do not have money to pay, thanks ti MiWay.

And so called consultant Zandile she puts me on hold since 8 o’clock now it’s 10 o’clock she never came back nor to say anything.

To everyone who wish to join MiWay make sure you have medical aid coz you will be in and out in the hospital due to the bad service from MiWay.
