Credit not received after numerous requests.!!!!!!

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Pontsho Hlophe..... I was supposed to receive a credit to my accounts was discussed on the 27/03/2024 and I was informed that it will clear in my account by Tuesday and I needed the money urgently only to find out today (04/04/2024) that this wasn't even processed. I even gave her a good rating as I thought it was resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable. I then spoke to Nkele Molele on the 03/04/2024 and was told that they will load a request for assistance, and nothing was done! I am now going to get quotes from other insurers due to this nonsense.
