Credit Enquiry on My ITC without my permission

<p>I sent an sms to 37902 instead of 37942 yesterday the 25th May 2016. I received a call within seconds and when I hear it was MiWay I told them it was a mistake I meant to send it to Dial Direct and the person understood and we ended the call. Today I received an sms saying there is an enquiry on my credit profile and when I checked it was MiWay. I didn't give any permission for this. I would like to know why this is happening and I will appreciate if the enquiry can be removed from my profile. </p>
