i requested a cancellation and ended up speaking to 1 of the senior consultants (Lerato was her name if i remember correct) she managed to match my new premium and got very close to my excess. unfortunately there where still 1 or 2 things bothering me. But still probably 1 of the best after sale services i received in my experience.
