****py service agents! Highly highly rude

I called into MiWay twice on 01/10/2017 around 11H00 to get advise regarding the emergency claim I had made the evening before. Never have I had someone speak to me with such a **** attitude. As though he is irritated by my questions around the accident report I am supposed to submit within 24hrs. The ****ing agent on the other side screams and tells me that he is in the emergency department and doesn't deal with claims. Speaking to me like I owe him! I will be definitely leaving this **** of a company and spreading the word on this ****py service. I cannot believe the nonsense I went through with these fliiping agents after the ordeal I had the night before. I ****ing pay you guys, ****it! Nxa!
