Courtesy car debacle

What a horrible service from an insurance company I have been with for some years. I called this morning to arrange for a courtesy car since my car has gone for repairs, got told Avis will reach out in 3hours, 4 hours lapse with no contact and I make contact with Miway and only then was the request processed and a promise was made that I will get a call in 30minutes , do you think anyone called? Yeah you guessed right- no contact. I make another call and had a very rude gentleman who didn't listen to anything I said except to tell me what he sees on his system.

I am extremely disappointed with MIWAY this time around.
