courtesy car 30 day period
When taking out an insurance you'd expect to get exactly wat was promised to you. I had an accident on the 23rd of December 2015 and put my claim thru on the 24th. I had a courtesy vehicle given to me which I've been paying for a 30 day period...my vehicle was only towed for assessment after two weeks and then I was told it had to be written off... I refused as the damage was small and was told I would get paid 51% of the worth of my vehicle if I had to fix on my own I agreed and then later realised I was being hoodwinked... I complained and after 2 days got a response that they wil increase my payout by 35% I was even more shocked that once payout is done I wil have to immediate return my courtesy car... I still have to repair my car and I won't have a courtesy car... I find it extremely irregular that due to the incompetence of miway not having an assessor available during the festive period I now have lost almost 3 weeks of vital time in which I could have repaired my vehicle and still been able to continue with my daily duties whilst having the rental car... tomorrow I deliver my courtesy car and will be without wheels during my repairs.. I demand immediate action & a solution.
