Couldn't get a quote

I've been shopping around for buildings cover. First experience with Miway. Tried to get an online buildings quote. After filling out the details the quote fails with a technical error. So I ask for a consultant to call me back. Consultant calls me but my cover amount is greater than the standard so he says he'll call me back but never does. I complain on the complaints line but it's handled with indifference. If Miway can't even get a quote right I can't imagine what it's like to claim....
