Could not even get a quote

I requested a call back from Miway in order to get a quote. A lady called me and was extremely rude, she started demanding my current insurance policy in order to give me a quote. I then asked her for an offer and then she angrily said if I don’t send her the policy I have she won’t assist me then hung up the phone on me. I am still shocked, if this is how the sales consultants treat potential customers, I can only imagine what would happen when you have to claim. Absolutely shocking.
