Last Friday I finally took a car insurance policy with Miway after a reasonable quote that I got from 3 people who called me. Fortunately I enjoy reading contracts and when I went through the document on my email I was very surprised to see false information on my contract, the opposite of all that I had told the guy that could have led to my claim being declined! And this was done deliberately by Thokozane Zimu (the guy that I spoke too) whom I'm told is a Sales Administrator. The following day I had to send him an email twice asking him to call me so he could rectify some info but I never heard from him. I had to call Miway to cancel my policy. I got a guy by the name Solomzi Mbobho whom I think deserve that commission. My premium ended up being higher than it was but at least the information is now correct, Thokozane played me for a fool just because he wanted to up his sales by keeping his premium low knowing very well that he had to twist some info and he didn't care about my loss. I'm really irritated and lost trust in this company from the word go, to have such careless people who're only there for nothing but sales.
