*******, useless insurance

What a horrible insurance company that doesn't care about their clients!!

I had an accident last year where someone drove into my car while I was stationery. When my car was taken in for repairs they sent it to PROLINE AUTOBODY (their preferred panel beater for reasons only they know)

Till today my boot has not been fixed because the panel beater did not know what they were doing. Every time I follow up, I'm told they are looking into the matter. For me its clear that they are protecting the useless panel beater.

I waste my airtime daily trying to get my issue resolve. I have called their customer service line, Contacted their twitter page and even called the panel beaters myself. Still no help.!! all I'm told is that Phineas (Assessing manager) will call me back.

My next step is reporting the matter to the Insurance Ombudsman.
