Correspondence with Thabani Mnguni - Firstly I was not aware that my premium and my excess has gone up, from the information I got during our conversation, this happens each year in July. I wasn't happy at all with the changes, was even considering switching insurance companies. Thabani was able to give me information, and after that he reviewed my insurance. He was able to reduce my excess as well as my premiums to the amount that is more affordable. After our conversation I was happy to see that I will be saving +-R500.
