Corporate Bullying

Answer me this? Who is responsible for the damages done to a car hit from behind? According to the law the car who hit me is responsible for the damages to my car. Yet MiWay they say their client is not responsible as he was hit first by another car then drove into mine, so they refuse to fix my car. I did not hit another car, I was more than the required distance away from the car in-front of me and my hand brake was on, so when 2 cars flew into the back of my car I didn't create more damage, unlike the car behind me (MiWay's client). I am sick of being bul**** because I am one little person and not a huge corporation. I have followed the law and this company are now telling me to get stuffed. I have not had a car for over 2 months, I have lost work and am about to lose my house. Why are big corporates allowed to bully individuals? I need help what can I do?
