Cool and calm
I was assisted today (3 May 2021) by a gentleman named Mpho. He helped me with my request and he was very patient with me even though he had to repeat alot of the information since I couldn't hear so well. Thank you for your patience Mpho! He also made sure that he had saved all my information correctly and that I was satisfied.
