Contacted without my express permisison

MiWay Insurance contacted me without my express permission to be contacted. The agent gave some wishy-washy excuse about me having ticked yes on an application form. This is something that I am very particular about. I NEVER tick yes to be contacted on any application form, and specifically state that I do NOT want to be contacted. Yet, here we are. I believe that MiWay has sourced information from a database against my wishes and I will be taking this matter further with the company.
