Consumers ....Beware of MiWay's dishonesty

I logged a complaint about a claim they rejected on the basis that I didn't log it within 30 days of the incident. This was despite the fact that there was a police report that said otherwise and they had no proof to the contrary. So the idea was to reject the claim, doesn't matter if the reason is true or not, and hopefully either the client won't fight it or as in my case apparently, the time to followup on the rejection runs out. When they called to respond to my post, they didn't even deny this. The just said my time to appeal ran out and I have no further recourse legally, despite their dishonesty in this.<br> I just want consumers to know who they are dealing with when buying insurance through MiWay. Expect to be treated like a ******** and a ****. They will harass your neighbors, and ultimately reject your claim irrespective if it a valid claim. For almost all my life I had insurance with M&F, never had problems, unfortunately due to circumstance I needed cheaper insurance, and guess what, I got what I paid for. As soon as I can afford to, I'll go back to M&F. Right now I cross my fingers nobody knocks into me a vice versa and that it gets resolved. These guys MiWay BEWARE!!!!!
