Consultant hung up on me because I want to cancel my policy

<p>I just called Miway and after being put on hold for a long time, a consultant Lethabo-refused with her surname, hung up on me because I asked to cancel my car insurance policy and I did not agree to letting her see how they can adjust my current policy. I have made attempts to adjust my premiums and excess but my needs are not met.I already got a better deal elsewhere and I want to serve the 30-day notice as per contract but it seems impossible now?</p>
