Consultant Dikeledi Mamabolo contacted me regarding my unpaid premium. After explaining to her my current financial situation she was proactive with cover options that I can downgrade from a comprehensive cover which can accommodate my budget at the moment. This means I can continue being covered for my vehicle. I truly appreciated the advice, patience and awesome service from her. Thank you!
