Consultant didn't call back!
I was involved in an accident. In my distress, I called Miway insurance to receive roadside assistance. As I was on the phone the with the her our line was interrupted. I waited and she didn't call me back I had to start the process again with another consultant. <br> <br> -Very disappointing considering my emotional state as a result of the event!
