Consultant conduct in handling my claim - Thabiso Dibakwane
The MiWay consultant Mr Thabiso Dibakwane was handling my claim case. He handle it very well and in a professional manner. He was always keeping me up to date on progress and stage of the claim, went to lengths to explain processes especially because it was my first claim where there was a third party involved. We spoke telephonically as though we have met befpre. I really appreciate his assistance and calmness when I would get agitated.
