Constant EXCUSES!!!

I am a 3rd party person where a Mi-Way client caused the accident to my vehicle on the 5th of March. It took Mi-Way over a month to finally approve the damages on which I won't mention how SLOW they are, me doing all the paperwork and following up for them and HOW many emails I as 3rd Party person has to send asking and pleading. Once the approval came I looked at the paperwork in which I noticed they will cover for the damage but at a fraction of the price. They rep**** that this is how much the damage is worth and now I have to pay into the deal after their client damaged my car. After the amount was approved I have an email stating that the pitiful money will appear in my bank account after 5 working days on which is today and NO money in my account on which I have to use my money to take the car out of the panel beater as my car is ready since Monday the 4th and if I don't remove the car today I will pay storage fees. Mi-way is slow, pathetic and always offers you bags but I mean bags of excuses and I have never seen such a slow and pathetic company in my life. So corporate but yet so SLOW offering excuses!
