Consistence Feedback
I have to say how happy i am with the way Nombuso handled my request for my policy when i contacted the Contact Centre. My inspection report wasn't sent by Glassfit, my policy wasn't activated. She asked me to send it to her and as soon as i did, she attached it to my policy. She is so consistence and quick in her responses. I wish all consultants can handle all queries the same. She made it easy for me to understand and be able to action the request properly. I just hope my policy is active now. <br> Thanks Nombuso. 5/5 STARS FOR YOU. *****
