Considerate to pensioners

<p>My parents have been with MiWay for over 5years and have both recently become pensioners. As a cost cutting exercise, we saw how much they were paying for insurance and saw it unreasonable to continue with the cover but rather take a risk of having "cheaper' insurance with a less reputable provider. Because of the nature of my query, I was transferred to a gentleman by the name of ITUMELENG SELAU. I explained the situation for him and not only was he able to help me out but he also went above and beyond my expectation. I am quite intrigued on how well trained MiWay consultants are in dealing with such issues. My parents feel important and as part of the MiWay family after I gave them feedback, I also feel at ease knowing that their insurance is well taken care of by a reputable company.
