Confusion

I have recently removed my broker from my policy and my payment amount hasnt gone down. Copied from the schedule "You have selected to deal with us through your broker and for the services rendered by the broker to you, your broker earns 12.5% commission for motor related risks and 20% commission for other risks on cover. This commission is included in your Total Premium." Clearly stated that i am paying that commission. Im not sure if they are trying to pull one over me or if my command of the English language is not good.
