Confirmation Message *Business Name:* MiWay Insurance *Review:* They’re never available when u need them, only available when they need you (sales, retention) it took them months to update my document which was incorrectly marked, when u have a claim they don’t update u, you have to contact them from time to time requesting for an update and speak to different consultant every time who doesn’t know what’s happening coz the previous consultant didn’t update, yho no guys, you really need to look after your clients, I don’t even wanna mention the panel beater I was once sent to, never driven in such a ***** place in my life…. Your customer service and availability is really bad. For the first time Atleast the retention lady offered a good customer service, not the actual insurance service
