Confirmation Message *Business Name:* MiWay Insurance *Review:* I had a mechanical breakdown on my way to work and requested assistance from the app. A gentleman called Joshua Motsepa was assigned to the request and he did exceptionally great job. He listened when my frustration level were high and ensured that the tow truck company located me sooner. He also kept on calling to check if I was ok while waiting and was indeed worried about my safety since we stay in SA with all the stats. Nonetheless if I would choose a miway representative each time I have an issue or claim Joshua would be my go to person.
