Confident convincing turnaround

<p>I called into miway this afternoon to cancel my policy because honestly, I didn't care to phone in for a premium review because I was irritated with an email notifying me of my premium increase due in May...where I'm looking for a break,I was told to tighten my belt even tighter..no consultation, no call, no "what do you think?". So after going on Hippo and finding a cheaper insurer, I decided I'm dissolving my claim free, constant payer, no reversal 4 year relationship with miway. I call and I'm transferred through to Gugu Mathibela. She is noticeably suffering from a bout of flu but she managed to ease my tense vibe with just talking, she's sounding vibey and confident and upbeat. She spoke about what the benefits of my policy are versus what I'm thinking to take. And that's why I joined the brand in the first place,because of the benefits they offered and I was not happy to be making this call but in the end she dropped my premium immensely and we had a laugh about this and that.
