Concerns Regarding Roadside Assistance Service Delays of Your External Providers

I am very disspointed with the roadside assistance services provided through your external partners. While I have been satisfied with MiWay's overall service, the repeated delays in roadside assistance are impacting my customer experience. On multiple occasions, including today, I have experienced wait times exceeding two hours for assistance. Specifically, I requested a locksmith service today, and Central Locksmith was assigned. However, after more than two hours, I am still awaiting assistance. These delays are particularly concerning when considering the " what if this happened at night". The lack of timely support not only causes inconvenience but also raises safety concerns. I believe that holding service providers accountable for their response times is essential to maintain the quality and reliability that MiWay promises its clients. Ensuring that your partners adhere to agreed-upon service standards will enhance overall customer satisfaction and trust in the MiWay brand. I am very dissapointed and I just coudnt keep quiet this time around.
