Concern Regarding Unresponsiveness from MiWay Consultants

I am uncertain whether MiWay has lost interest in business development, but my recent experience has been quite disappointing.

In January, I requested a consultant to contact me with a quote for adding my household contents and possibly my home building insurance. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. On January 30th, I reached out again via the WhatsApp line and engaged with Andile Hadebe, who assured me that he would call me. Today is February 16th, and I am still waiting for that call.

This lack of responsiveness raises concerns about how many potential clients and business opportunities may be lost due to such inefficiencies. I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.
