Concern Client!

Good Day I have been a client to Miway Insurance for years and all this years I never claimed anything. I never missed a payment for that matter.

On the 24th August 2021 while on my way to work a vehicle that was driving behind my vehicle drove into me and damaged my rear bumper.

All the necessary processes where followed and AR was recorded by the SAPS and Miway Insurance was informed and all necessary information they require was forwarded to them.

It saddened me when I received a call from Miway Insurance informing me that they are planning to write off my vehicle because of Basic Economical Repair.

My vehicle is 2004 model which is old I agree but the damage on the vehicle I personally don't think the vehicle needs to be written off.

I drove my vehicle since 2008 without any problems and I love my vehicle, seeing it like this breaks my heart. Letting it go will kill me and is something that I am not planning to do.
